We are waiting for Summer with Winter behind us in the wonderful Outer Banks. This time of year at this beach community has an array of challenges and leisure filled times to be part of. The weather can go either way, can have 30 degree swings, a Nor'Easter or two but any day at the beach is a good one, right?
