puppy on beachThe best questions I hear as an Outer Banks Real Estate professional always come from the buyers who have the normal apprehensions about buying in a beach community. These include, “Where can I find the perfect Outer Banks property?” as well as others. But the “PERFECT PROPERTY” question is one of the top ones, for sure! How is this answered?

My immediate response to my clients when I get asked this is all about, first, their goal or intended use of the home/property. You see, there are several segments or levels of homes and locations.  A buyer’s plan will always pertain to a specific envisioned use. Answering one question with another is not always the best way but in this case it is.
