The Outer Banks Homebuyers Seminar & Foreclosure Tour, held on Saturday March 20th, was picked up by the Associated Press. The article was picked up by Fox8 out of Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point, the DailyComet.com from Lafourche Louisiana, and several other local North Carolina news stations.
Everyone at Blue Horizon Realty would like to thank, those who came out for Saturday's tour. The weather was beautiful, sunny and 70. From all accounts everyone enjoyed touring the homes and especially the post-tour cookout. We had a great information session on mortgages and insurance given by Jennifer Keenan, Randi Eure, and Steve Bonday.
Many of those on the tour were familiar with the Outer Banks and came out to see what today's real estate market was like. We were also fortunate to have some folks unfamiliar with the Outer Banks and they were able to learn some great history of the Outer Banks, while exploring the vacation home market.
The tour's history lessons and bus tour were provided by Danny Couch of Hatteras Tours. Danny provided some excellent local knowledge of Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills and the entire Outer Banks.
