The Four Seasons community is located at the beginning of the village of Duck. The Four Seasons is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after communities of the Outer Banks. The Four Seasons prime location makes it close to the state and national parks and to the northern beaches of Corolla. Once you drive through the gates, you feel like you are in paradise. The community itself offers plenty of amenities and it is located in walking distance to the center village of Duck.
The clubhouse is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. The clubhouse is located at 105 Four Seasons Lane. In the clubhouse, you will find an exercise room, game room, reading lounge, heated indoor pool w/ baby pool, open courtyard and outdoor picnic area. The Four Seasons offers both an indoor and outdoor pool. The heated indoor pool and baby pool are open year-round. The outdoor pool, located just off the oceanfront, is open from Mid-May to early October from 10am-10pm. (Weather permitting) The restrooms at the outdoor pool are open from 10am-6pm. The exercise room at the Four Seasons offers free weights, resistance weight machines, exercise bikes, and treadmills.
The sound side pier is located across Duck Road (NC-12). The pier is a great place to watch the sunset over the Currituck Sound or to try your hand at crabbing. The pier does not offer to park though. It is an easy walk from the Four Seasons Clubhouse. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Four Seasons community runs trolley service. Trolleys run Monday through Friday from 9 am until 8:30 pm. The trolley runs through the community and into the town of Duck. Guests and owners alike rave about this amenity. No remembering trash day. Your cans are rolled up and back from your house. You don't need to worry about anything.
