Currituck County Mainland, Nearest to Ocean Beaches

The Mainland is often overlooked by ones that seek best values but also seek to live here eithr full time or in a 2nd Home. You see, with not many to no week to week rental homes in combination with low density communities the serenity matches up with many buyers. There is farmland, larger parcels and some well structured communities. One in particular, Kilmarlic, is a golf course planned community.
