The 2 car garage also has a ½ bath which is convenient to everyone enjoying the large adjoining screen room which is perfect for gatherings without the need of holding them in the house. The garage has a stainless steel 2 sink with sides. There is one hose bib connected to the original water well used for irrigation. The house water supply is provided by the County Water system. There is a large, enclosed outside shower and dressing area on the ground level just outside of the screen room.
