Considering a home at the beach? Many Outer Banks foreclosures offer excellent opportunities as vacation or investment homes. The foreclosure tour is going to be held on Saturday, March 20th. The tour is going to start with breakfast at 9:30 a.m and followed by tour at 10:00. We will be touring bank owned homes in Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head.
As part of the tour, we will have a local professionals available to discuss the unique nature of buying a bank owned home. Local professionals will include a regional lender, property manager, and insurance provider.
