Spring buying season in the Outer Banks

Its a beautiful Spring morning, though it feels more like Summer.  As of this morning we find 260 pending home sales.  This could signal should continue as increasing numbers of home buyers are coming to the beach to take advantage of great prices.  Outer Banks foreclosure sales have slowed, but the number of homes being sold is increasing.
