As you can imagine its size allows for quite a diversity of homes from the small 2 bedroom beachbox to the twelve bedroom oceanfront palace. Currently there are 86 homes for sale in Ocean Sands. The homes range in price from just under $300,000, Outer Banks MLS# 61594, to over $3,000,000, Outer Banks MLS# 58160, for a 12 bedroom oceanfront.
From January 1st 2009 till June 24th, 2009 12 homes were sold in Ocean Sands. The homes sold price ranged from $325,000 to $1,249,000. Three homes sold had 6 or more bedrooms. Ocean Sands will continue to remain a popular place to own a home in the Outer Banks.
